Ruger M77, M77 MKII and Hawkeye Heavy Duty Weaver Style Rail Short Action 0 MOA
Short action 5.5" action length for calibres 223 , 22-250, 243, 308, 7mm-08, 270wsm, 300 wsm
Rail length is 155mm long, each rail is engraved "GUNWORKS RUGER SA"

The front of the mount is 16mm high this measurement is taken from the bottom of the mount to the very top of the rail.
Comes with 4 screws, 4 washers and an allen key.
Will accept weaver and picatinny style rings.
This rail will not be suitable for the following calibers:
357 Magnum (you need Weigand)
44 Magnum (you need Weigand)
338 Winchester Magnum
375 H&H Magnum Caliber
375 Ruger
416 Ruger
Bullet weight times velocity should not exceed 700,000. For example if I use a 200 grain bullet at 2850 fps = 570,000.
Perfect for mounting thermals, night vision and red dots.
We can shorten the front of the rail to sit flush with the front of the receiver if you like, just ask us! This modification will take an extra week for anodising.
Some fitting may be required by a Gunsmith as M77 action recesses can differ, no drilling and tapping required, buy New Zealand Made

FITTING THE GUNWORKS RUGER M77 PICATINNY RAIL S/A & L/A
Gunsmithing may be required to get the correct fit for your rifle as we have found there can be small variances in the receivers. We are more than happy to do this for you at no charge (except freight if it is required)
A small drop of epoxy in the recoil lug slots is recommended to help securely hold it in place. Blue thread locker on the screws and torque them up evenly to 22 inch lbs
